Webshop Terms and Conditions

Webshop products are sold by Tmi Jaana Luhtala, VAT number FI17465904.
Our products are sold to adults (at least 18 years old) in Finland and Europe. If you live outside Europe and want to place on order, please contact me by email firstname.lastname@example.org to get the amount of shipping costs. All product prices are presented in Euros(€) and include VAT (24% or 10%).
The terms are subject to change without prior notice. Delivery and packaging costs are excluded from the price of the product.
Products are usually ordered through the shopping cart www.jaananlankapaja.fi. All orders will be confirmed by email, specifying the order price, delivery costs and ordered products. To receive the order confirmation, you must include your e-mail address when placing an order. You should always check that the details in your order are correct and keep a copy of it.
The customer agrees to the terms of delivery effective for each order. You are responsible for giving us the accurate billing and shipping information.
The product is not available if the item is labeled Out of Stock. If that case you send an inquiry about the product to: email@example.com
Shipping and packing are not included in the price of each product. Products and postage are paid upon order.
Online payment can be made through the following payment methods of BlueCommerce: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Aktia, Finnish Local Cooperative Banks, Finnish Savings Banks, Handelsbanken, S-Bank, Ålandsbanken and Collector invoices. Payment is made via the Verifone site.
You can also pay with PayPal. The payment is then made through a PayPal account.
It is possible to get an invoice to your e-mail and pay in advance.
The payment service is provided by Verifone Finland Oy (FI09438199). Verifone Finland Oy is a payment institution licensed by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment transactions are carried out in Verifone Finland Oy's secure secure payment environment. Receiver of bank and card payments as well as possible card payments will be displayed by Verifone Finland Oy, which will forward payments to the merchant. For other forms of payment, Verifone Finland Oy acts as a broker for payment transactions, whereby Tmi Jaana Luhtala / Jaana Lankapaja appears as the payee.

You can also pay online through PayPal. PayPal allows you to pay with most common payment cards, including MasterCard and Visa. To pay via PayPal, you must have a PayPal account. The payment service uses PayPal payment terms. PayPal acts as a broker for the payment transaction, whereby Tmi Jaana Luhtala will receive the payment. More information and account terms can be found at www.paypal.com.
We will post products when the payment is shown in our account. Payments will be made to account FI92 1399 3000 108473, Jaana Luhtala, according to the invoice information.
We will process the order once the payment is completed. If the payment is made as a prepayment, we reserve the product for 5 business days after which the order will expire if payment is not made.
Products are posted every business day. Products are not posted during holidays. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We can not be held responsible for any delay caused by shipping company offices.
The exceptions to these will be notified on the front page and in Facebook JaananLankapaja.
Delivery method and delivery
Shipping costs include postal and packaging costs. You can choose the desired delivery method in the shopping cart. We deliver orders as a package to the nearest shipping company's office. The order can also be picked up directly from the vendor but only at an agreed time.
Exchange and Return Conditions
Under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act the customer has a 14 day transfer and return right after you have receiving your order. All returned items must be unused with all the original labels in place and in the original packaging. NOTE! The yarns may contain nodes.
Include the following information with the returned product:
-your customer number, your name, your address and your phone number
-your bank account number
-a copy of JaananLankapaja's order confirmation

Failing to pick up a package is not a refund. If you do not pick up your order and it is returned to us the transportation costs are deducted from the total amount of the returned invoice.
Once the refund has been accepted, the money will be returned directly to your account after receiving and processing the refund.
Problems with shipping and defective products
You will be responsible for the original shipping costs, and the cost of returning the goods. We cannot be liable for returned goods which are lost or damaged in transit, so please ensure you use a recorded delivery service and insure the items for the value.
If the product has been lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product is delivered to the customer, the customer must immediately report the error to firstname.lastname@example.org or by post:

Notice of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If the package is damaged during transport a complaint must be filed immediately to the shipping company concerned.
Other terms and conditions
The terms of delivery are subject to change. The customer must read the terms of delivery prior to placing an order.
