Online store delivery terms

General information about the online store

The products in the online store are sold by Tmi Jaana Luhtala, business ID FI17465904. 

We sell products to individuals of legal age in Finland and some countries in Europe. 

Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and postage costs. Delivery and packaging costs are not included in the product price.


Ordering

Products are ordered online from the online store at www.jaananlankapaja.fi via the shopping cart.

An order placed on behalf of the customer will be subject to a €10 service fee for the investigation work. Orders placed on behalf of the customer can only be made in advance.

All orders are confirmed by email, which states the order price, delivery costs and the ordered products. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide your email address when ordering. 

The customer agrees to the delivery terms and conditions in force for each order.

The product is not available if the item says Out of stock. If you want the product in question, you can send an inquiry directly to jaana(at)jaananlankapaja.fi


Payment methods

Products and their shipping costs are paid when ordering.

In the online store, you can pay with the following payment methods included in BlueCommerce: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Aktia, Local Cooperative Banks, Savings Banks, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki and Ålandsbanken. Payment is made via Verifone's website. Mobilepay is also available.

Alternatively, you can pay via online banking or Klarna. Klarna also offers a 30-day payment period or partial invoices.

A traditional advance invoice to email is also a payment method.

Online banks

The payment service is provided by Verifone Finland Oy (0943819-9). Verifone Finland Oy is a payment institution licensed by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment transactions are carried out in Verifone Finland Oy's secure payment environment. The recipient of bank and card payments on the bank statement and any card invoices is Verifone Finland Oy, which forwards the payments to the merchant. For other payment methods, Verifone Finland Oy acts as an intermediary for payment transaction information, in which case Tmi Jaana Luhtala/Jaanan Lankapaja appears as the recipient of the payment.

PayPal

You can also pay in the online store via the PayPal payment service. Through a PayPal account, you can pay with the most common payment cards, including MasterCard and Visa. In order to pay via PayPal, you must have a PayPal account. The payment service uses PayPal's payment terms. PayPal acts as an intermediary for the payment transaction, in which case Tmi Jaana Luhtala appears as the recipient of the payment. Advance payment

We will post the products when the payment is reflected in our account. Payments are made to the account Jaana Luhtala, according to the invoice information. The reference can be found on the invoice, which speeds up processing.

We process your order on weekday evenings, once the payment has been made. If the payment is made by bank transfer as an advance payment, we will hold the reservation for 5 business days, after which the order will expire if the payment has not been made. The advance payment payment method surcharge is 1€.

Klarna

Klarna Payments offers the most common online banking payments, invoice with a 30-day payment period and partial invoice as payment methods. When using an invoice, the final amount of the order will only be transferred to payment once your order has been processed. 


Delivery time

I ship products every weekday. Excluding holidays and public holidays. Depending on your bank connections, it takes 1-3 business days from the payment of the invoice. 

We will announce any exceptions on the front page and on Jaanan Lankapaja social media accounts.


Delivery method and shipping costs

Delivery costs include postage and packaging costs. You can choose your preferred delivery method in the shopping cart. We deliver orders as a package to the nearest delivery company office. The order can also be picked up directly from the online store seller at an agreed time.


Exchange and return conditions

The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return only applies to unused and saleable products in their original packaging. NOTE! The threads may contain knots.

your customer number, name, address and telephone number

your bank account number

and a copy of the JaananLankapaja order confirmation

The return costs are paid by the returnee. Only in the case of incorrectly delivered products, postage will be reimbursed according to the current delivery fee list for private individuals (pick-up from an agent).

Failure to pick up the package does not constitute a return. The shipping costs will be charged for the package that is not picked up, which will be deducted from the total amount of the invoice to be returned. 

Once the return is approved, the money will be returned directly to your account after the return has been received and processed.


Problems with shipping and defective products

If the product is lost during shipping, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must report the error immediately to jaana(at)jaananlankapaja.fi.

Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. If the package is damaged in transit, a complaint must be made immediately to the shipping company in question.

Please note that the shipping company and not Jaanan Lankapaja will handle lost mail due to the lack of a tracking number such as letters.


We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. The customer must familiarize themselves with the current delivery terms before placing an order.
